ABV: 14.5%

WINEMAKING: Aged 18 months in neutral French oak barrels with added 50% new French oak staves for 6 months. 

GRAPE GROWING: 100% Colorado grown from the Grand Valley AVA & Palisade, CO.

FOOD PAIRING: Pair this wine with earthy dishes such as grilled steak, wild game, and portobello mushrooms.
